Rewards Overview
Every trade earns points and USDC.e cashback. Points unlock tiers, tiers multiply earnings. The loop is: trade → earn → level up → earn faster.
TL;DR
Points System
Every dollar you trade earns points based on your tier. The formula: points = trade_amount × tier_multiplier × daily_multiplier. A Syndicate-tier trader earns 5 points per $1 traded, while a Scout earns 1 point per $1.
Tiers
Your tier depends on your total points. Once you hit a tier, you never drop down — it's yours to keep. Higher tiers earn more cashback, better referral rates, and bigger point multipliers.

Quests
Complete one-time quests to earn bonus points. Each tier has 4 quests — you'll only see quests for your current tier. When you level up, you get a new set of 4 quests. When a quest is completed, you'll see a Claim button on the Rewards page — click it to collect your points.

Total quest points available: 261,150. Completing all quests accelerates your tier progression by roughly 25%.
Daily Leaderboard
The daily leaderboard ranks traders by points earned that day. Top performers get a multiplier boost on all points earned the next day:

How cashback works
Cashback is a percentage of the Celsa fee you paid on the trade. The fee itself varies by category: 0.25% on sports, 1% on most everything else. On a $100 sports trade, the fee is $0.25 — a Scout gets 5% of that ($0.0125) back, a Syndicate gets 30% ($0.075). On a $100 crypto trade the fee is $1, so a Scout gets $0.05 back and a Syndicate $0.30.
If you signed up through a referral link, your cashback is bumped to 15% until your tier's base rate beats that (which happens at Elite, where it's 20%). So referred users effectively keep a 15% floor through Scout, Trader, and Pro.
Referrals
You get a unique referral code (looks like celsa-xxxxxx). Your link is celsa.app/@yourcode. Share it around. When someone signs up through your link and starts trading, you earn a cut of the fees on their trades. It's automatic and it lasts forever.
Referrals go three levels deep:
