Cashback
A slice of every trading fee comes back to you. Higher tier = bigger slice.
TL;DR
How it works
Celsa charges a fee on every trade (1% on most markets, 0.25% on sports/esports, 0.5% on fee-disabled markets). Your cashback rate decides how much of that fee you get back. Same rate applies to buys, sells, and winning claims.
Rates by tier
| Tier | Cashback rate | On a $100 trade (1% fee) | On a $1,000 trade |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scout | 5% | $0.05 | $0.50 |
| Trader | 10% | $0.10 | $1.00 |
| Pro | 15% | $0.15 | $1.50 |
| Elite | 20% | $0.20 | $2.00 |
| Syndicate | 30% | $0.30 | $3.00 |
Sports markets are different. The fee itself is only 0.25%, so the absolute cashback in dollars is smaller — but the proportion you keep is the same. Pro on a $100 sports trade: 15% of $0.25 = $0.038. The competitive thing is that the fee is 4× lower in the first place.
Example
You're at Pro tier and you place a $500 trade on a regular (non-sports) market:
| Amount | |
|---|---|
| Order amount | $500.00 |
| Celsa fee (1%) | −$5.00 |
| Your cashback (15%) | +$0.75 |
| Net cost | $4.25 |
If you came in through a referral link
Referred users get a minimum 15% cashback floor regardless of tier. So Scout + referred = 15% (instead of the base 5%). Trader + referred = still 15% (base 10% is below the floor). Pro + referred = 15% either way. Elite kicks in at 20% which is above the floor, so Elite onwards behaves normally.
When it shows up
Cashback lands in your rewards balance the moment a trade fills. Same for winning claims. Once you have at least $0.50 stacked, you can claim it from the /rewards page — no vesting, no lockup.
